Dr. Samina Mitha

Dr. Samina Mitha is a licensed and registered Naturopathic Doctor in Ontario, Canada. She is passionate about helping patients find true clarity and confidence in their health using evidenced-based natural therapies. Having been diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Dr. Mitha has a personal connection with women who experience hormonal imbalances. She has witnessed the tremendous success naturopathic medicine can have on women with PCOS  and is motivated to share her knowledge, personal experience and expertise in the field.

Dr. Mitha believes that PCOS can be managed through dietary and lifestyle changes. She has supported many patients who struggle with PCOS and she is motivated to continue empowering women to understand their body and teach them how to live a balanced life. She currently runs the Toronto PCOS Support group Meet up, where women come to share their experience and get advice and support from other women dealing with the same concerns.

Dr. Pamela Frank

Dr. Pamela went to York University on a full scholarship. She was consistently on the Dean’s Honor Roll. She has been in practice as a naturopathic doctor since 1999. Dr Pamela was twice voted “Best Naturopath in Toronto” by the readers of NOW Magazine and twice by the readers of the City Centre Mirror. Dr. Pamela is member in good standing of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic doctors and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors. She is licensed/registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario.

Overcoming her own health issues has inspired an interest in women’s health problems. She find naturopathic medicine particularly helpful for fibroids, endometriosis, PCOS, PMS, Candida, Bacterial Vaginosis, and infertility. These may include: allergies, irritable bowl syndrome, Crohn’s, eczema, headache/migraine, menopause, diabetes, arthritis, hypothyroidism, and much more.

Clare Goodwin

Clare is a degree qualified nutritionist and also has an honors degree in exercise science. Clare is a former international runner and triathlete and developed insulin resistance while she was competing. She later found out that this was linked with PCOS and went on to do further study about insulin resistance and PCOS and lifestyle interventions to reverse insulin resistance.

Clare has since helped thousands of women understand more about their bodies and hormones and how to treat their root cause through lifestyle treatments to improve their PCOS symptoms.

Hannah Alderson

Hannah Alderson is a Registered Nutritional Therapist who supports women in the pursuit of wellbeing, specializing in PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) and positive weight loss. With a background deep rooted in the Arts, Hannah thrives on pulling together a passion for people and nutrition in a uniquely creative and colorful way. Following a 10 year career in the creative industry (working in Theatre and then for a Global Design & Branding agency), Hannah trained at the world renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, qualifying as a Registered Nutritional Therapist. Her training continued with the Institute of Functional Medicine, completing the AFMCPTM-UK training in London in 2018. Hannah now runs a successful online practice, utilizing her nutritional expertise and exceptional rapport with people.
