It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the 3rd Annual World Congress on Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. Last year, 2016, the event was hosted by the medical professions and pioneers of PCOS awareness; the OMICS Medical Journal and PCOS Awareness Association. This year’s event will serve as a continuation of the excellent progress we made in our past conference.
The theme of this year’s conference is “Recent Advancements in Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Diagnosis and Therapy.” An estimated 10% of women suffer from PCOS with most of them unaware of the symptoms. It is imperative that efforts of education, support, treatment and care begin with us. Our shared interest of this conference is to generate resources and share knowledge in our quest to bring awareness, educate and ultimately, care and support to the community affected by PCOS.
This year’s congress will feature engaging sessions by leading experts and speakers on Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Effects of PCOS on Women’s Health, Endometriosis, Ovarian Cyst, PCOS- Medications and Treatment, Alternative PCOS Treatment, PCOS and Pregnancy, PCOS in Teens and Adolescents: Early Diagnosis and Intervention, Medical Diagnosis of PCOS, Prevention and Management of PCOS, Advanced Management of PCOS, Recent Research and Current Advancements in PCOS Treatment and Advanced Polycystic Ovarian Diseases Treatment.
Our aim is to bring together professionals and experts of various specializations in our continuous effort to create awareness and provide treatment and care to women affected by PCOS. We are confident that this year’s world congress will yield active participation of Obstetrics Gynaecologists, Reproductive Endocrinologists, Pathologists, Research Scholars, Industrial Professionals and Student delegates from biomedical and healthcare sectors.
It is my privilege to welcome you to this year’s event. I encourage us to come together with the same zest and alacrity as last year to make this year’s world congress a monumental success. Change and progress begin with us.
Sincerely Yours,
Megan M Stewart
